Custom-engineered IWOCS umbilicals are manufactured inhouse from raw materials and appropriately reinforced with strength members to protect the internal components during deployment. Individual element integrity can also be assured through separate reinforcement to ensure maximum life of the product.

JDR’s product range of superior subcomponent hoses and knowledge of hose and cable technology enables clients to work as partners in developing a system uniquely tailored to suit specific project requirements. Specialized test equipment has been developed by JDR to simulate deployment stresses on the IWOC umbilical and validate the product prior to final manufacture and assembly.  

JDR can provide a fully integrated and tested turnkey system including reelers, stab-plates, hydraulic couplers and electrical connectors. JDR technicians are also fully trained to install Tronic electrical connectors, and assist in fitting client procured components.
