JDR has supplied several power/chemical umbilicals systems for a variety projects around the world.
Power cores are rated to 33kV, and chemical hose, fibre optic components, and splitter box assemblies are typically part of the scope of work. JDR also uses a full suite of analyses capabilities including thermal dissipation, chemical compatibility, and seabed stability to verify design suitability. If qualification test results are not already available to substantiate new product designs, mechanical testing takes place either before or in parallel with product manufacture to verify design calculations.
