AIM SERVICES - GLOBAL EXPERIENCE, REGIONAL SUPPORT

AIM Services operates across the world supporting customers through strategically located ‘Local Hubs’ servicing every offshore region. Each location offers access to fully equipped rapid-response Field Service Technicians and support staff, and a range of test equipment, tooling and parts management. Through the global network, AIM Services utilise JDR’s design engineering resources, common tools, communications, processes and procedures.

The LITTLEPORT Service Team operates from JDR’s UK HQ and manufacturing facility in Cambridgeshire. A large team of Field Service Technicians supported by office based service support engineers deliver comprehensive life of field support including reterminations, repairs etc.

The Bergen Service Centre in Norway serves the North Sea region with a highly trained and experienced group of technicians providing onshore and offshore support for a range of cable and umbilical products including Workover Reeler systems and umbilicals.

Through the Aberdeen office, AIM Services offer specialist repair and preventive maintenance support to a diverse range of clients involved in the global energy industry.

HOUSTON Service Centre provides cost effective assembly, integration and factory acceptance testing (FAT) of umbilicals, reelers and associated equipment and features a 15,000 sq ft facility for assembly, integration and testing of umbilicals, power cables and associated products. There is a 20,000 sq ft external yard for testing, staging and storage.

Through the SINGAPORE hub, AIM Services offer complete service and repair support for the Asia-Pacific region, providing local engineering resources capable of delivering the full range of flushing, testing and re-termination services.  

AIM Services can react quickly to regional call-offs in the field while ensuring any additional resources and specialist equipment can be managed and delivered to meet demand. Our global team of specialised Field Service Technicians provide immediate technical assistance for commissioning, testing and repair work for a range of cable and umbilical products and systems for subsea oil and gas and renewable energy markets.
