David Currie

David joined JDR as CEO in January 2015. He is an accomplished industry leader with nearly 30 years’ experience in the global offshore energy industry, most recently as UK Regional President for Aker Solutions. Previously he held a range of senior positions within Europe and globally at FMC Technologies, including Director of Global Subsea Operations.
Ivan Coyard
CFO and Chief Compliance Officer
Ivan joined JDR in July 2015 as the new Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, with the Group Head of HR reporting directly to him.  Ivan has over 25 years of finance experience in the Oil & Gas energy sector.  Before JDR, he was the Group COO for Reef Subsea where he lead project management teams and established common processes in tendering and project execution and had been Reef’s CFO for 4 years.  Additionally, he has held a variety of executive finance positions across the globe with Acergy (now Subsea 7) and Technip.
James Young
Chief Technology Officer
James joined JDR in 2000 as senior design engineer for new product development. He was appointed Chief Technology Officer in 2016 after a series of technical management roles within the business. Prior to JDR, James worked for BICC and Dowty. James has a degree in mechanical engineering, is a Chartered Engineer and has an MBA from Cranfield.
Richard Turner
Chief Operating Officer
Richard joined JDR in 2014 to head up JDR's global manufacturing, project management and supply chain functions. He joined JDR from Technip/DUCO, where, as Vice President Global Manufacturing & Planning, he led the organisation through a period of significant investment and growth. Previously Richard worked in the construction equipment industry with Komatsu and Terex. He has a Mechanical engineering degree and MBA from Durham.
