Annual Leave

Annual leave entitlement is based on shift pattern. For those employees on a standard Monday to Friday contract, the entitlement is 25 days, plus 8 statutory bank holidays.

Bonus Scheme

There are a number of discretionary bonus schemes. Eligibility is dependent on grade.

Healthshield Cash Plan

All JDR UK employees will, by default, become members of the Healthshield Cash Plan. The plan offers reimbursement of out of pocket medical, dental and optical expenses up to an annual coverage level. The plan also offers reimbursement for well-being and alternative treatments along with a variety of discounts for days out, holidays and gym memberships. Employees can purchase higher coverage levels and coverage for family members.

Life Assurance

All employees are automatically enrolled in a Death in Service plan with a payment value of three times base salary.

Pension Scheme

All JDR UK employees, by default, become members of the Group Personal Pension Plan. Employees contribute a minimum of 1% of salary, on a salary sacrifice basis. The company contribution ranges from 2-7%, dependent on employee contribution rate. Employees have the option to opt out, if they wish.

Private Medical Cover

Eligibility for the cover, and level of cover, is dependent on grade.
