Field Services, part of JDR’s Product and Installation Services group, supports the renewables industry; from project installation consultancy, to pre-commissioning, with full product life cycle support including repair and maintenance.

Our approach maximises your investment in a JDR product and lowers the total cost of equipment ownership. We react quickly to regional call-outs in the field with additional resources, aftermarket parts and maintenance, alongside specialist equipment delivered to meet demand.

The Field Services team includes an in-house network of fully trained technicians, drawing on JDR’s experience in renewables deployments and subsea power cable projects for oil and gas projects.

Our people and equipment can be mobilised at short notice and contacted 24/7. The team manages customer projects for JDR and non-JDR products, on or offshore. Field Services provide consultancy, people, test equipment, training and supervision for customer installation, project pre-commissioning and cable handling and maintenance scopes of work. We have created periodic maintenance and inspection routines, including product life cycle preventative maintenance and assurance programmes.
