 Currently JDR runs several high aspect studies for both scientific institutes and industrial companies. These projects consist of conceptual feasibility studies rather than the development of cable products. The availability of a highly skilled and experienced team of design engineers makes JDR a worthy partner for customers to work with on demanding maritime and/or deep water studies.
JDR also uses this experience internally and has developed a knowledge-based software program to assist in the design and engineering of cables, known as Concept to Cable (C2C). JDR also participates in the IRO Offshore Wind Energy Group IOWG as a knowledge partner for cable technology in offshore wind energy and renewable energy in general. |
