JDR has presented itself with a wide diversity of products, but is also capable of performing a stringent test program. JDR is also NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2000 / AQAP 110 approved vendor, covering all aspects within the quality management system, such as: design, manufacturing and documentation.

The test facility accommodates the following equipment:

• Hydrostatic (*pressure) testing up to 360 bar

• Tensile Testing/Cycling up to 450 kN

• Bend cycle fatigue 180º & 360º over 3 sheave wheels/trompets

• UTS Proof loading up to 300 kN

• Full range of optical and electrical test equipment

• Environmental/Temperature cycling ovens (-60 / +400 °C)

• Water basins (special cooperation)

JDR is able to deliver full onsite and offshore service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When your request is less urgent, we are able to perform any type of maintenance/repair in-house at our main location in Rotterdam District, The Netherlands or Tianjin, China.
