I first met JDR in 2009 as a sub-contract installation electrician, helping install new machinery.

As the contract was coming to a close I approached the Maintenance Manager about a vacant maintenance electrician position. I applied for the post and after the interview stages was offered the position. As the maintenance team grew, a role of Maintenance Team Leader was created. I applied and took on the role in 2012.

Over my time with JDR I have gained knowledge and experience to progress within the company. The latest development for me is a move into the Production Engineering department as a Production Engineer.
