In support of National Apprenticeship Week, JDR’s Production Engineering Apprentice @Cory Doble attended The BIG Apprenticeship Event, which took place on Thursday, 12 February 2026 at Hartlepool College of Further Education.
The BIG Apprenticeship Event brings together students, job seekers and employers to explore apprenticeship pathways, career options and real-life experiences across a wide range of industries.
During the event, Cory shared his career journey, inspiring others to explore opportunities in the energy industry and highlighting opportunities at JDR. The company has a long history of developing talent through its apprenticeship and graduate programmes, offering hands-on experience, professional training, and long-term career development within a global organisation.
