Delivering ahead of schedule for our customers.
JDR's Littleport plant has successfully delivered five SSIV umbilical systems ahead of schedule.
To optimise handling and installation efficiency and reduce packaging materials and transport emissions, JDR used its field-proven proprietary SSIV system packaging methodology. Each SSIV is terminated with a SUTU unit on the subsea end and, on the topside end, a hang-off body & split clamp and a flexible pulling head manufactured by JDR.
The umbilicals comprise seven low-voltage signal cables and three 1/2" hydraulic lines, engineered to provide reliable subsea control in demanding offshore environments.
This project is a strong example of how JDR combines engineering expertise, manufacturing capability, and schedule certainty to support our customers' critical offshore campaigns in a more sustainable way.
