We manage customer projects for JDR and non-JDR products, on or offshore, in the oil and gas and renewable sectors. Our Field Service Technicians and Engineers are supported by a team of office based technical support staff and logistics that ensures our people and equipment can be mobilised at short notice providing 24/7/365 coverage.

Installation, repair, maintenance & healthcare services
JDR provides a team that is dedicated to installation, repair (including emergency response), equipment & product maintenance (onshore & offshore), asset healthcare, assurance, equipment and product upgrades for oil and gas and renewable markets.
Specialist equipment & testing
Product and Installation Services have a portfolio of specialist tooling and test equipment that can be mobilised alongside specialist technicians to support JDR and non-JDR products anywhere in the world. This is a rental service and includes mechanical, hydraulic power cable and fibre optic capabilities. Test services include post integration testing and post-pull in testing as required during cable handling.
Spares & Asset Management
The team provides spare parts and spare parts management out of Littleport, UK, Houston, TX service centre and Macaé, Brazil. Other services include equipment asset management, storage, pre-mobilisation testing and post job inspection and maintenance. For instance, our team manages IWOCS to ensure ongoing operational effectiveness.
Health, Safety & Specialist Certification
JDR’s Field Service Technicians are trained in all aspects of risk assessments, fundamentals of the safe operation of high voltage power systems, climbing/access course for wind turbines, basic offshore safety induction & energy training courses, including HUET & EBS approved, and UK BOSIET OPTIO approved.
Our safety management system is regularly verified by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance. JDR’s facilities are certified to the OHSAS18001:2007 Safety Management standard, with UK sites certified to the LRQA ISO 14001 environmental standard.
